Terms of Sale & Refund Policy
These terms apply when you download GridRename or buy a GridRename Pro license from Kusuma Putra ("we", "us"). Use of the software is also covered by the End User License Agreement shown during installation.
1. The product
GridRename is a Windows desktop application for renaming files in bulk. The free version is limited to 15 files per rename batch and some tools are reserved for Pro. A Pro license unlocks all features.
2. Your license
- A Pro license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- One license is for one person, who may activate it on up to 3 computers they own or use.
- A license may be used for personal and commercial work.
- You may not share, resell or publish your license key, or try to bypass the license check.
- Your license includes all updates for GridRename version 2.x. A future major version (3.0 and later) may be sold separately, and your 2.x version keeps working.
3. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the reseller and may add sales tax or VAT where required. Your license key is emailed immediately after purchase. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Refunds
Try the free version first to make sure GridRename fits your needs. If you're not satisfied with Pro, email kusumaindraputra@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned through Gumroad to your original payment method. After a refund, the license key is deactivated and the app returns to the free version.
5. Moving to a new computer
If you reach the 3-computer limit because you replaced a computer, contact us and we'll reset your activations.
6. Support
We provide support by email at kusumaindraputra@gmail.com and aim to reply within 2 business days.
7. No warranty
GridRename is provided "as is". Renaming files changes them on your disk. We work hard to make it safe (preview, collision checks, undo), but we can't guarantee it is error-free. Keep backups of important files.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
